This Month's Product Updates
Preserve Study Instance UIDs from Trusted DICOM Sources
OmegaAIDICOM Stations can now be marked as Authoritative. When a trusted PACS or gateway sends images for a study created from an HL7 order, OmegaAI keeps that station's Study Instance UID, so annotations and reports sent back to the source system match up automatically. The setting is off by default and is turned on per station.
Blume Patient Portal Status on the Worklist
OmegaAIA new Blume indicator in the Worklist Indicators column shows whether a study's patient has an active Blume Patient Portal account, an invite that was sent or not sent, or an invite error. Hover for details and resend an invitation right from the Worklist, without opening the patient record.
Station-Level Receive Timeout
OmegaAIEach DICOM Station now has a Receive Timeout setting that controls how long OmegaAI waits after the last image of a study arrives before finalizing the study status. Studies that arrive in bursts are no longer treated as complete too early, matching how PowerServer handles receiving.

- Entered in Error (OmegaAI): reports can be marked Entered in Error instead of deleted, keeping the full audit trail, with an option to undo.
- Flagging Findings (OmegaAI): flag findings as Critical, Urgent, or Important from the Document Viewer and record when the referring physician was notified.
- Sign Delay (OmegaAI): a short, configurable undo window after signing a report, now including reports signed in MD.ai.
- Hanging Protocols with Advanced Viewports (OmegaAI): protocols that build MPR, rotating PET, and PET/CT fusion views automatically, with smarter series matching.
- Modality-Aware Window Level Presets (OmegaAI): Window Level presets tailored to each modality.
- Volumetric SUV (OmegaAI): a dedicated tool for volumetric SUV measurements in PET/CT.
- Blume Version 2.0 (Blume): a rebuilt mobile app that is faster and more reliable, with all existing features.
