Accessing Organizations in OmegaAI

OmegaAI has replaced the legacy Master Organization model with a redesigned Managing Organization hierarchy. This architectural change centralizes patient record management, introduces a consistent two-tier access control model (Split-UAC), and enables flexible order workflows across multi-site organizations.

The Organization Affiliation feature enables a one-directional relationship between a Primary Organization (Main Org) and a Participating Organization (Affiliate Org). This allows users from the Affiliate Org to access studies from the Main Org based on predefined role mappings.
