Overview
The Help Manual now includes a dedicated Troubleshooting & FAQs section, built from the most common issues reported to RamSoft Support, together with the steps that resolve them. Before opening a ticket, check whether your issue is covered: many problems can be resolved in a few minutes without waiting for a response, and when you do need support, the section shows you exactly what to gather so your ticket is resolved faster.
