Product Update: Visit / Order / Study Page Redesign

Overview​

This release introduces updates to the Visit / Order / Study Page in OmegaAI, focused on improving usability and reducing workflow interruptions.

What's New​

1. Redesigned Visit Info Page Layout​

What changed:​

Patient key indicators are now a persistent header at the top of the page (Pregnancy Status to BMI), with 5 fields per row in Visit Details and Accident Notes renamed to Accident Details.

Benefit:​

Key patient indicators are visible on page load with less scrolling needed to review or update visit information.

2. Study Details Consolidated into the Order Page​

What changed:​

Study information is now accessible as a collapsible section within the Order page, replacing separate page navigation. All study-related data can be expanded or collapsed in place.

Benefit:​

Clinicians can view and manage Order and Study details in one place, eliminating navigation interruptions and saving time during busy workflows.

Important Notes​

  • The Study section within the Order page is collapsible. All study data remains fully accessible without navigating to a separate page.
  • Existing access control behavior is unchanged — users will only see Studies they are authorized to view.
