Revoking a Patient's Blume Access
Removing a patient's email address from their record in OmegaAI will revoke their access to the Blume patient portal and unsync their associated study data.
To revoke Blume access:
- Log in to OmegaAI.
- Search for the patient and open their Patient Information page.


- Scroll down to the Contact Information section and expand it.

- Locate the patient’s email address and hover over it to reveal the Delete icon.

- Click the Delete icon to the right of the email entry.
Once the email is removed, the patient's Blume account will be unlinked from their studies, and they will no longer be able to access their imaging data through the portal.
Note: Deleting the email entry revokes the patient's Blume access and unsyncs their associated data. If the email address is updated to a new one, the data linked to the previous email account will be unsynced as well.
