Shutter Toolset

Shutter Toolset Options
The Shutter Toolset can easily be accessed via the customized tool wheel.

The toolset has three options to select from including:

Rectangular Shutter

Circle Shutter

Freehand Shutter (can use without having to drag your mouse/cursor)
